You only need to register your information once and can return to this site to enter more brews or edit the brews you've entered. You can even pay your entry fees online if you wish.

Rules

This competition is AHA/BJCP sanctioned and open to any amateur homebrewer age 21 or older.

All entries must be handcrafted products, containing ingredients available to the general public, and made using private equipment by hobbyist brewers (i.e., no use of commercial facilities or Brew on Premises operations, supplies, etc.).

Entries must be submitted with the appropriate labels attached with rubber bands.  Two bottles are required per entry and should be 10-14 oz each.  The exception to this is mead entries: 1 larger bottle may be substituted.   

Any entry found to be from a professional brewery will not be eligible for any awards or prizes.

The competition organizers are not responsible for wrongly categorized entries, mailed entries that are not received by the entry deadline, or entries that arrived damaged. 

Any entries not received by the deadline will be disqualified. The Deadline is October 22, 2017

Mailed entries must be received on or before the deadline.  Delivered entries must be dropped off to an approved location by close of business for that location.

The competition organizers reserve the right to combine styles for judging and to restructure awards as needed depending upon the quantity and quality of entries.  All possible effort will be made to combine similar styles. All brews in combined categories will be judged according to the style they were originally entered in.

Qualified judging of all entries is the primary goal of our event. Teams of judges will evaluate and score each entry.  Ribbons will be awarded to the first, second and/or third place entries, based on the decisions of the judges and organizers.

Brewers are not limited to one entry in each category but may only enter each subcategory once. Meads, Ciders and specialty categories are exempt from this rule as long as each entry is completely different and unique entry.  (beer categories 21B, 27-34 may have more than one entry per subcategory)

The Best of Show judging will be determined by a Best of Show panel based on a second judging of the top winners.

There will be a Best of Show for all beer category entries, Best of Show for cider category entries and Best of Show for mead category entries.

Bottles will not be returned to entrants.
